hospitality industry
expertise, along with many
years of classroom and
web-based training
experience. Our training
consultants will work with
you to design a training
program suited to your
specific users, property
needs, and implementation
plans. The REEF Training
team provides a variety of
user and technical training
options. We provide on-site base
product and custom training
in a
traditional function room
environment.
In addition to a
thorough understanding of
our products, the
Reef service team instructors are uniquely
adept at effectively
incorporating your
hospitality
processes into the training
program. Each customer’s
implementation is different.
Using their expertise, our
instructors can advise you
on how to present the
training in a manner that
will deliver the highest
degree of comprehension,
usability, and retention.
Once our instructors develop
your custom class and
workbook, they are ready to
conduct your pilot and
rollout training.
 We also offer
Train-the-Trainer classes
for those customers who will
use internal staff to train
their users. Our technical
classes are also offered at
our Open Classes in our
Offices. If you have less than
five people who need to
attend a class, it may be
more cost effective to send
them to an open class.
